Yoga is an
ancient Indian method of balancing body, mind and soul in order to reach
liberation or ’moksha’.
There are various yoga paths to come to this prefered state, and one of
them is the classical
Hatha Yoga,
with its main components: physical practice of the asanas, breathing
exercices and meditation to: keep the body healthy & vital, boost the
immune system, increase concentration and self-confidence and
additonally train the entire body, harmonize the circulatory system,
increase energy and disolve blockades & tension.

Center for Yoga & Ayurveda
The Yoga Center is run by Yoga Teacher and Ayurvedic Health Consultant,
Stefanie Bhavani Daub, born in Frankfurt (1972) and resident to
Ibiza since 2006.
She runs the yoga center where she teaches yoga and works as an
Ayurvedic health consultant, providing Ayurvedic massages.
Stefanie is assisted by her partner in life, Andreas Daub, born
in the Pfalz (1963), and yoga teacher in the tradition of Swami
Sivananda.
He also teaches yoga for the back and all of his yoga classes are filled
with intuition and inner inspiration, that come straight from the heart.
During each
year Stefanie organizes several
Yoga Ayurveda Retreats and
Yoga Ayurveda Holidays in
Ibiza, incl. various individual Yoga and/or Ayurveda Holiday Packages. (On
the right of this page you find buttons to all information!!)
The center
has a spacious & light Yoga Room, and a cosy Ayurveda room where you can
enjoy

Hatha Yoga 1
Ideal for beginners. All individual parts of the lesson are taught in
detail with short breaks between the different yoga postures (asanas) to
make it easy to listen to your breathing carefully. Relaxation is an
important part of this course.
More experienced participants are also welcome, as it is important to
practice the basics.
Hatha Yoga 2
Advanced course where basic knowledge of yoga is required.
Hatha Yoga 3
Yoga course ment for students who wish to practice more demanding. Yoga
experienceis requied.
Yoga for the back
This yoga course emphasis on the back and is particularly suitable for
beginners and for people who experience back problems. Especially the
muscles of the back and abdomen are strengthened.
Yoga for Kids
Entertaining insight into yoga for children between 6 and 12 years of
age, where they get to know the yoga postures (asanas), relaxation
exercises, in a playful way with a lot of fun. The children’s yoga learn
children to perceive themselves and their body-conscious and it improves
their concentration and mobility.
Yoga 50 +
Yoga course ment for people over 50 who want to practice yoga asanas
(poses) and relaxation in a group of like-minded and tailored to the age
of the participants.
KUNDALINI Yoga
An advanced form of yoga that focuses on expanding sensory
awareness and intuition, to increase individual consciousness
and Infinite consciousness. Brings a revival of energy since it
is a dynamic and meditative, highly effective yoga. The goal is that
each individual finds a path to greater health, balance and
self-fulfillment.
oriental dance Oriental
dance is an ancient art that keeps you in shape, makes you more feminine
and connects you to your vital energy. Come to dance and keep fit with
joy, and deep feminine poetry prayers to all mother alive. Oriental
dance offers a hint of mystery of the Oriental culture. Its beauty is
famous and its art is to enchant the audience. The course is led by
Zorah Leduc.
pregnancy Yoga
A gentle hatha yoga class, specifically tailored to the special
needs of pregnant women.
Gentle asanas (yoga postures), relaxation, breathing exercises
and exercises for the pelvic diaphragm.
We focus on strengthening exercises, endurance and flexibility
for physical well-being and inner peace.
Power Meditation Meditation an inwardly oriented, personal practice in which the practitioner trains his mind to create a state of consciousness to gain stability
and silence within.
Silence is not easy to obtain in our bustling western
world and even if it is
quiet around us, our heads are often really loud.
Power
meditation is a combination of specific sequences of movement,
accompanied by music, that allow you to let go of your daily burden. After
that, it is easier to come to silence.
SIVANANDA Yoga
Is a non-proprietary form of hatha yoga after the teachings of
Swami Sivananda.
The Sivananda Yoga training focuses on preserving the health and
wellness of the practitioner and revolves around frequent
relaxation, and emphasizes full, yogic breathing.
Exercising: yoga postures: Asanas, breathing: Pranayama,
relaxation: Savasana, diet: Vegetarian.
(A yogic diet is encouraged, limited sattvic foods, void of
rajasic foods & tamasic foods)

AcroYoga blends 3
ancient disciplines. The mindfulness of Yoga, the dynamic power of
Acrobatics and the loving kindness of Thai Massage that come together
into a unique practice that cultivates group and partner work through
exercising trust, cooperation and dialogue.
This weekend will revise the foundational principles of AcroYoga to
develop a more sensitive and intelligent practice. The workshop
involves: Asana sequences, Partner Yoga, assisted inversions, basic
partner acrobatics, therapeutic flying and Thai Massage.
The workshops are open to all levels.
The 500 hours certified Yoga Teacher, certified AcroYoga teacher and a
Thai Massage Practitioner, Erica, is an actor trained in acrobatics and
movement & body awareness. She started meditation and yoga on an early

eventuallly learn more about yourself.
